Steven Jugo

President / Owner

Steven, founder of CSG, is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Justice Sciences. Steven proudly served his country as a United States Marine in the early 90’s. His experience with the Chicago Police Department has served to advance the success of CSG over the years. It is due in no small part to Steven’s competence and expertise that CSG is able to operate at the capacity to which its clients have become accustomed.

Javier Jugo

Vice President / Owner

Javier has over ten years experience in the security consulting business. His managerial experience in sales prior to joining CSG has brought the company much of its continued success.  The combination of his experience as a United States Marine and his strict emphasis on client satisfaction has helped CSG raise the bar on the security guard industry.

Marco Garcia

Licensee In Charge

Marco, a co-founder of CSG, is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice.  Marco brings to CSG experience as detective with the Chicago Police Department.  He has also spent time working closely with the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms as well as the Illinois Department of Corrections.  Marco's vast experience in various facets of Law Enforcement allows him greater insight into the assessment of our client's needs.  He is dedicated, diligent and proficient in any task put before him.
